THE ART OF STILLNESS

25-28 March 2027
Adelaide, SA | Australia

The stillness and softness of yin and meditation are powerful antidotes to the constant movement of our contemporary life. This immersion is for anyone curious to dive into the techniques, postures, philosophy, and methodology of yin and meditation. By learning, embodying and sharing these practices, you offer a medicine for the modern world.

Slow yourself down and settle into a nest of softness and ease across the long weekend. Each day you will learn and experience a different element of yin yoga. From postures to meditation, myofascia to mindfulness. You’ll engage in discussions, enquiry, education, and  long, spacious practices each day. Through the perspective of both ancient and modern systems, we will see how these elements can create a potent experience to settle and sooth us physically, mentally, and energetically.

Lead Facilitators Adam Whiting, Tessa Leon, and Claire Winther will guide you through this program, each focusing on different areas of the practice.
